In 2001 Steve became a freelance military aviation hotojournalist following almost four years as director of a UK IT recruitment agency. This complete change of career was spawned by a life-long interest in photography and military aviation, and by the dot com bubble burst!

Steve lives in Cambridgeshire, England, and works full time for some of the world's leading aerospace and defence publishing houses. He also works for television documentary makers as a consultant, interviewer, script writer and editor.
